Document PropertiesYou can modify properties of your document using Edit -> Properties. GeneralLoaderSpecifies which file loader loaded the current document CompatibilityAllows you to restrict NPSD features for compatibility with older versions of NPS Image Editor Layer formatSpecifies the internal format of NPSD layers. PNG is recommended. Not all formats are supported by all versions of NPS Image Editor or other viewers. Color modeSpecifies the color mode of the file. Allow semi-transparent palette colorsSome formats such as PNG allow semi-transparent colors in their palette while other formats such as GIF do not. Enable this option to allow modifying semi-transparent palette colors. Note that color lookup is unpredictable in this mode, but it will allow you to more accurately edit indexed PNGs. MetadataSpecify various metadata to store into a saved NPSD file. AnimationProvides options to control animation. Enable animationEnables animation controls in the main editor Loop countSpecifies the loop count when saving as GIF or APNG. A loop count of 0 repeats forever. BrushSpecifies brush properties Color modeA brush can be monochromatic and use the current foreground color when used, or full color with fixed colors. Animation modeAnimated brushes can animate each frame sequentially or randomize them. SpacingSpecify the default minimum spacing between strokes, in px. This can be overridden by the user. Allow scalingAllow the user to scale the brush using the drawing width. If disabled, the brush will always draw with its fixed size. |
