The Eyedropper tool allows you to set the foreground or background color by picking it
from your image.
Choosing a Color
Click on any point of the image to select the color. Use the left mouse button to select
the foreground color, or the right mouse button to select the background color. Click and
hold while moving to see the exact color being selected.
Stickiness
If you click once on the Eyedropper tool and select a color, the last-active tool will
be selected automatically, saving you an extra click. If you want the Eyedropper tool to
remain selected or "stick", double-click on it.
