Warp

The Warp tool pushes pixels in a given direction.

Direction

Pixels can be pushed in any of 8 directions. The dropdown menu below the toolbox allows you to select this.

Opacity

Specifying a lower opacity value will allow the pushed pixels to blend with the surrounding image, creating a smooth but more blurry effect. Specifying a higher opacity will reduce blurring but will introduce jagged edges.
