Summary: Zooming out with the pencil tool causes artifacts when moving across the screen

Description
When zooming out to have the entire canvas shown, there seems to be white streaks showing up.
Steps to Reproduce
Fill tool entire canvas black, zoom out, select pencil tool. move mouse across canvas. Increase width of pencil tool and repeat.
Resolution
Fixed in the latest nightly
