Summary: Transparent background color tile is not updated correctly

Description
1. Set a transparent background color. This sets correctly in the image but the tile preview is NOT updated.
2. Change the foreground or background color. Now it updates the background tile.
3. Click the black/white "reset colors" button. This will also clear the transparent background color.
