Description
Crop file to selection has display bug when zoomed at 90% on an image that originally required horizontally scrolling.
Steps to Reproduce
Take a screenshot of a maximized window. Open a new instance of NPS, and specify the source as from clipboard. The screenshot should require horizontal scrolling in NPS. Change the zoom to 90%. The entire image should fit on the screen. Make a selection, and choose crop to selection. The resulting image is incorrect. Some part at the right edge is cut off, but it will be restored if you return to 100%.
