Summary: "Crop and Fit" should display more useful error when nothing can be done

Description
When I "crop and fit" to content, nothing happens because I had transparency mode set to Alpha but my image had a white background
This is not very obvious. An error saying "nothing to crop" or even better, a hint about why, would be useful.
