Summary: Hide selection border while moving with arrow key

Description
It would be nice to have a way to hide the selection border when moving it 1px at a time using the arrow keys. This will make it much easier to precisely line it up. Perhaps a hotkey, option, or simply hiding the border as soon as the key is pressed and keeping it hidden for a little while after the key is release?

Selection border will now hide for ~1 second when an arrow key is pressed
