Description
Launching the standalone colour picker fails when the skin of NPS is set to metro, stating that the button object does not support a border style of transparent.
When closing the colour picker after the crash, an exception is thrown, and when the option to restart NPS is selected, it will restart the main program, not the colour picker. When the close NPS option is selected, it kills all instances of NPS.

Updated code to prevent setting a transparent color where one isn't allowed
