Description
Add Shift modifier when resizing selection to constrain proportions
Steps to Reproduce
When resizing a selection using the sizing handles, pressing SHIFT has no effect and the selection resize continues anisotropically. The only way to constrain proportions is to use the Resize dialog.
Resolution
Fixed to constrain proportions for diagonal dragging while allowing horizontal/vertical dragging to resize just that dimension.
