Freeform selection unnecessarily composites transparency and moves other parts of the image around
Steps to Reproduce
Make a freeform selection on an image with transparent regions. After the selection is placed, one or both of the following will happen:
1. Semitransparent regions such as drop shadows will grow more opaque
2. Opaque parts of the image will shift around
