Description
The color picker evaluator pretends that an rgba function doesn't exist. When I type "rgb" the color picker hints that it's a valid function by saying "Provide the correct number of arguments." However, when I enter "rgba" it says "Enter a valid named color," just as it does when entering other random text like "th1spr0gram1saw3s0m3."
Steps to Reproduce
1. Turn on your computer
2. Log in
3. Search for NPS Standalone Color Picker from the Start screen/menu.
4. Launch the NPS Standalone Color Picker
5. ...
Resolution
Fixed UI validation (the colors were evaluating with no problems but the UI wasn't reflecting this)
