Hello Helpdesk,
Filters are not available and so is the Texure option for the Texture brush. This happens after getting errors with the handling of the filters..After shutting down and starting up again.. these 2 options did not work anymore.
Steps to Reproduce
I cannot reproduce the bugs
Resolution
Need more information.
Rewrote handling of these items in 3.1 so it should work now, submit a new request if it's still a problem
