Description
Froze up on me after trying Gaussian Blur. After I quit Gaussian Blur, I could not click on the interface.
Steps to Reproduce
I am not sure
Resolution
Main window will now explicitly un-mark itself as having a modal dialog after the extension quits.
Formerly it was up to the extension to do this, which wouldn't happen if the extension crashed or was killed via Task Manager.
