Description
Error while making a new palette. In the New palette dialog, when you select the first radio button "Enhanced NPS Palette", it gives an error message.
Steps to Reproduce
In the palette panel, click New. Type in a name, then click the first radio button.
Resolution
New palette system fixes this -- no more support for legacy palettes
