Description
NPS window does not grab focus on startup. However, if the welcome screen is enabled, the welcome screen itself will grab focus, but the rest of the wondow does not. You must "click into it" before it will respond to any of your clicks.
Steps to Reproduce
Start Nps. Click on one of the menus. Your first click will serve to raise the focus of the window. Then your second click will actually do the action you intended.
